The BBS inc. team was pleased to welcome Rich Dinella who presented an overview of an effective management expansion strategy. Speaking to the requirements for promotion from entry level to management, Dinella shared his experience rising through the ranks and becoming a branch manager. While his talk was structured around the concrete path to advancement, the overarching theme was motivational, a message punctuated by Dinella’s personal anecdotes. Dinella expressed the importance for individuals at any level of the business to identify goals with personal significance. 

“Challenges will arise,” he stated “but if you have something that you cannot give up on, you can get through any challenge.”

To close his presentation, Dinella stressed that this business provides a unique opportunity for those individuals who are committed to working hard and representing each client with integrity. BBS, Inc. . Kicks Off The Summer With a World Cup Competition

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 7, 2014 - BOSTON -- Survived the long Winter, Fourth of July just passed with Labor Day on the way.  That only means that the World Cup is finally here!  BBS Inc. is kicking off the Summer season with a World Cup Competition in the office!

The competition will last for 5 weeks and is a double elimination process. One sale for a representative is worth one goal.  If a sales representative produces two sales, it is worth three goals.  The team with the most goals advances in the competition.  Each week the teams go head to head to produce as many goals as they can.  The teams were able to pick a country in which they wanted to represent.  The country with the most goals at the end of the week gets to advance in the competition. Right now, Germany and Mexico are facing each other in the Championship.   In order to win the World Cup, either of the teams will have to beat the other in goals for a total of two weeks in a row.  The winner of the World Cup will be treated out to dinner in conjunction with country that they picked.  With all expenses paid for, they will be served traditional food of that country.

BBS, Inc Boston Heads out to L.A to talk EXPANSION!

BBS, Inc management team heads out to L.A to talk expansion and growth in the Massachusetts market!

Vince Conley, President of BBS, Inc met with top leadership to discuss the Samsung campaign and SunRun Solar. "It was extremely exciting to hear about the possible growth opportunities with both clients. Samsung is a worldwide brand and one of BBS, Inc goals is to go international in the next 2 years. Solar is also a very interesting campaign to be working with, especially in such a regulated market like Massachusetts" Vince said.

BBS, Inc wants to continue growing and expanding their leadership and development teams around the United States and in the near future International. "The only way we can continue to grow and expand is through our core values; Integrity, Honesty, driving revenue to our current clients and developing our people" said Vince.

BBS, Inc is currently the #1 outsourced provider for Verizon in the Massachusetts market and is looking to expand with new clients in the Massachusetts area.

Business Trip At BBS, Inc!

Today, BBS sent four employees on a business trip to Plymouth, Massachusetts. They will be staying over night in Plymouth for the next 3 days. Even though Plymouth is about an hour and a half away from the office, it is a great opportunity for leaders to manage a small team outside of the office. Emily Mote will be leading the business trip. We asked her take on the business trip and she stated, “I am excited that I have the opportunity to run a business trip! It’s a great opportunity to take on more responsibility. At the same time, I want to get to know my co-workers on more of a personal level!” This is Emily’s first business trip at BBS.
